CEFL began as an organization in 1996 in NYC after the founder realized that there were not enough places where women called to lead and minister could be encouraged, equipped and empowered so that they could continue making a difference in church and society.

We are all about destiny!
CEFL helps women turn knowledge into destiny fulfillment. We are not a typical women’s organization! We provide you with all of the essential knowledge in key areas of personal growth so that you can use it to seek and fulfill God’s call over your life and reach your ultimate destiny…the reason you are here!
We are all about passion!
God gave you passion for something for a reason! Through CEFL events you will learn how to pinpoint your passion and use it for God’s glory. You’ll be able to turn what once seemed impossible into something possible.
We are all about goals!
Everyone has goals for their life, but not everyone can clearly define them enough to convert them into a plan of action. You simply cannot achieve your goals if you don’t even know what they are or how to execute them. With the support of other like-minded sisters, you will learn to acknowledge your goals and go after them full force!
We are all about teamwork!
In addition to the many resources and services we inform you about, CEFL is all about relationships! Women always want to see others succeed and we provide the foundation for creating life long friendships and business relationships. We share our dreams and use our Godly masterminded connections for growth in every area of our lives.

Personal growth is essential for growth in other areas of our life. Through our book club, events, retreats, gatherings, newsletter, and our RENEW leadership development cohorts we try to help you grow by learning about yourself, who you are, how others perceive you, and who you want to be so that you can be the best you, the you God intended.
We are all about dreams!
Each one of us has dreams. No matter how big or small, we have them. CEFL wants to help you keep dreaming even after personal crisis or failure, we believe as Denis Waitley that“ Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker. Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end. Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.”
We are all about fun!
We only have one life to live and God sent his son Jesus so that we could have an abundant one! We believe we are to live life to the fullest and enjoy every second. Although growing personally and fulfilling our ultimate purpose in this world is serious business, we believe we have to remember to have fun too!
