Here are some of the programs CEFL has to offer:

Pulpit Sisterhood

A networking group to encourage, empower and celebrate women teachers,  preachers, ministers and pastors who find themselves pouring out to others and usually behind a pulpit! We gather three times a year to connect through a relaxing retreat for coaching, inspiration, prayer and resource sharing. Jan, June, Dec.

• SOAR! Magazine  
• A quarterly digital magazine designed to help women’s dreams take flight. Make sure you sign up for our mailing list on home page to get it in your in-box when its published.

• Monday Mentoring Moments
• Whether it’s a word of encouragement, a tip on leadership, or resources to share for leaders to make leading easier, women receive an email in their in-box on Mondays!

• Coaching Clinic & Mentoring Institute
•  CEFL will host coaching clinics and a mentoring institute for CEFL applicants who want to be coached by CEFL approved coaches or want a 1 year mentoring relationship with key CEFL leaders and other successful women leaders.

• Sister Stir Ups
• Sister Socials just to network, eat and hear a short message that will stir you up to do all God has called you to do based on Hebrews 10:24 “And let us consider one another in order to STIR UP love and good works”

• Practicing Greatness Leadership Development Class
• This is a six week class held at different times of the year, focused on the the seven disciplines of extraordinary spiritual leaders.

• Annual Sisterhood Weekend
• Usually held in South Florida, this is a time every March during Women’s History month that CEFL sisters and their friends and family gather to celebrate womanhood and the power of our dreams.

• Online social networking site
• An online site on Facebook for like-minded sisters  where they can share events, meet other sisters and participate in discussions.

• Book Growth groups
• In some parts of the CEFL base (NY or FL) local women gather weekly, bi-weekly or monthly to discuss a book, or topic.
